Catalog items
Eligible unused catalog items may be returned within a limited window after delivery if they remain in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Custom pieces
Custom jewelry is made specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders are generally final sale once production is approved, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
If you believe a custom piece has a defect, contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can review options.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit or a refund for eligible items.
